At Gossamer Gear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we accept returns on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
